Venue

The conference 2010 will take place at Acusticum and the School of Music at Luleå University of Technology, in Piteå, Sweden. All sessions of the conference as well as demo session, workshop and social activitiy and dinner will be held within this area.

The Acusticum Science Park area is connected to the Department of Music and Media (the School of Music). At Austicum is also "Studio Acusticum", one of the most modern and well-equipped mulitfunctional concert halls in the North of Europe.

The owner of the conference, Interactive Institute, has one of its research groups situated in Acusticum – II Sonic Studio. II Sonic Studio has expertice in sound design for digital media. The conference workshop will be held in the II Sonic Studio premises at floor 2 of Acusticum main building.

Acusticum is situated 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the town. Taxi's are available.
